RCVS Practice Standards Scheme

Bromyard Veterinary Surgery is proud to be an approved member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons Practice Standards Scheme. As an accredited practice, we have passed a rigorous inspection by an experienced veterinary surgeon.

Areas covered include; hygiene, health & safety, clinical governance and the facilities and equipment we provide to name just a few of the many criteria. The practice will be re-inspected every four years and is subject to spot checks in the meantime, so we have to keep on our toes. The Practice Standards Scheme is a voluntary initiative – not all practices are part of it.

RCVS accreditation means that as a client you can be rest assured of a high quality of care throughout the practice. Please ask at reception for a copy of the RCVS leaflet detailing this scheme further or check out the RCVS website
